Account Creation & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on the nupk platform. Each user may operate only one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and your own real details. nupk reserves the right to close any account opened with false information at any time. Maintaining account security is solely the user's responsibility, and your password should never be shared with any third party.

• An account may be restricted until age verification is complete.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address will be considered fraudulent.
• Accounts may not be transferred to a third party.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on nupk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) and local payment methods are supported. Before making a deposit, verify the applicable minimum and maximum limits, as these may change from time to time. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process and funds are returned to the account from which the deposit was made. Wagering requirements may be attached to any promotional bonus and must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made. If a suspicious transaction is detected, we may request additional verification information and the payment may be temporarily held during that time.

• Use of third-party accounts for sending funds is not permitted.
• Legal action will be taken in the event of chargebacks or fraudulent transactions.
• After a successful deposit, it may take a few minutes for the amount to be added to your balance.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities offered on the nupk platform are conducted in accordance with established rules. In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, nupk's system logs shall be considered the final reference. We reserve the right to void results that are inconsistent due to technical errors. Participation in betting is entirely voluntary, and each user must make decisions based on their own financial capacity. If match-fixing or any form of fraudulent activity is proven, the associated account will be permanently closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• In live betting, bets may be voided due to network delays.
• Betting using automated tools or bots is strictly prohibited.
• A maximum bet limit per event may be in effect.

Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy nupk never sells or transfers your identity or financial information to unauthorized third parties. Data may be analyzed where necessary for service improvement and fraud prevention. Limitation of Liability & Service Changes

Nupk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, promotion, or service on the platform at any time without prior notice. nupk is not liable for any losses caused by internet disruptions, server issues, or unforeseen technical errors. By using the platform, you acknowledge that betting and gaming carry financial risk and that this risk is entirely your own. If these terms are updated, we will post a notice on the platform and your continued use of the platform will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
